Atlantic Hall, established in 1989, is a distinguished full-boarding secondary school for students aged 10 to 17. Nestled on a sprawling 77-hectare campus in Epe, on the outskirts of Lagos State, Nigeria, our school is dedicated to fostering academic excellence and integrity. While rooted in Christian values, we warmly welcome families of all faiths who resonate with our core principles.
Atlantic Hall School runs a dual curriculum, preparing students for both the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) in SS2 (Year 11) and SS3 (Year 12), respectively. At the junior secondary level, students take the school’s distinctive End-of-Junior School Examination alongside the Cambridge Checkpoint examination, administered by Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), at the end of JSS3 (Year 9).
In addition, we proudly offer comprehensive preparation for SAT and UTME, along with access to internationally recognized qualifications such as IELTS, TOEFL, and the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) pathway in Years 11 and 12, as well as the International University Foundation Programme (IUFP) in Year 12.
Through our strategic collaboration with the prestigious Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, Canada, we deliver innovative enrichment programmes including the Students’ Internship Programme (SIP) and the Train-the-Trainer Entrepreneurship (TTE) initiative. These forward-thinking platforms not only enhance global academic competitiveness but also equip our students and faculty with essential entrepreneurial skills and practical, real-world experiences.
Our curriculum is continually reviewed and benchmarked against global best practices, ensuring it remains enriching, functional, and responsive to life’s challenges. It is deliberately crafted to inspire creativity, critical thinking, and independence in learners.
To strategically prepare our students for the demands of the future workforce, we have seamlessly integrated cutting-edge subjects such as coding and robotics, programming, digital literacy, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Project-Based Learning (PBL) into our teaching and learning approach. Furthermore, our academic programme is thoughtfully aligned with globally relevant certifications including Cybersecurity, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), and IT Fundamentals, equipping students with industry-ready skills for the digital age.
